AuraDune is operated by 嘉兴史然智能科技有限公司. This policy explains the information used by this website and the AuraDune app, accounts, and connected-device services.

When you visit this website

This website provides product information and support guidance. It has no account login, advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or newsletter collection form. Our hosting server processes normal request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, time, and response status to deliver the site and investigate errors or abuse. Links to other services open those services under their own privacy policies.

Accounts and content

When you use the app, we process the account details you provide, such as email address or phone number, display name, optional profile photo, and a securely hashed password when one is set. We store creations, uploaded images, descriptions, likes, favorites, reports, and support messages that you submit to provide account synchronization and Community features. Content you choose to publish is visible to other users.

Device connections and permissions

The app stores saved-device details and preferences for device control. Bluetooth and local-network access support discovery, setup, and local commands. Camera or photo access is used when you choose to add an image or support attachment. Wi-Fi setup credentials are sent to your device and are not intended to be uploaded to your AuraDune account. Optional Remote Access uses device identifiers, ownership records, individual connection credentials, commands, and device status to provide cloud control.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate accounts, synchronize content, control authorized devices, deliver firmware updates, answer support requests, review reports, and maintain security and reliability. Infrastructure providers process data as needed for hosting, databases, and media storage. Community publications are shared with other users. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while your account is active. In the app, you can edit your profile, keep creations private, remove shares, and use Account → Delete account to request permanent deletion of your cloud profile and associated content. Operational backups and records needed for security or legal obligations may remain temporarily. Removing a saved device or uninstalling the app removes local app data according to platform behavior; factory reset and cloud ownership removal are separate actions.

Privacy requests and updates

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or this policy, use AuraDune support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Material changes will be published here with an updated date.
