Using AuraDune

These terms describe responsible use of the website, app, connected devices, and Community services operated by 嘉兴史然智能科技有限公司. Protect your account credentials and control only devices you own or are authorized to use.

Device care

Follow the setup, power, maintenance, and firmware-update instructions supplied with your device. Keep hands and objects away from moving mechanisms. Stop using equipment that is damaged or behaves unexpectedly and contact support.

Your content and Community

You retain ownership of your creations. Publishing to Community permits AuraDune to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service. Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not harass others, publish private credentials, upload unlawful material, interfere with devices or services, or manipulate engagement. Report problematic content in the app; the team may review reports and restrict content or accounts where needed.

Availability and purchases

Features and preview access may change as AuraDune develops. This website does not accept orders or payments. Any hardware purchase, warranty, or paid service is governed by the applicable terms supplied for that transaction and applicable law.
